Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable and not transferable to another participant.
  • With at least 60 days’ notice before the original start date, your deposit may be credited toward any Jeela (non-collaboration) retreat or training within 18 months.
  • To secure your place in a future retreat or training, an additional $500 deposit will be required at the time of transfer.

Transfers

  • More than 60 days’ notice: 100% of your deposit and payments may be credited toward another Jeela retreat or training.
  • 14–30 days’ notice: 50% of your deposit and payments may be credited toward another Jeela retreat or training.
  • Less than 14 days’ notice: no credit applies.

Cancellations

  • More than 30 days before commencement: 100% refund of payments (excluding deposit).
  • 15–30 days before commencement: 50% refund of payments (excluding deposit).
  • Within 14 days of commencement: no refunds or transfers.

Payment

All remaining balances must be paid no later than 30 days before commencement, via bank transfer (details provided in your welcome PDF). Cash payments can also be arranged.
